I received papers in the mail today about a case plan and it states that the permanancy plan is for "Adoption placement"... Now that outright scares me, as a mommy, I have went to all my visits. . . .

I talked to my lawyer about the case plan papers and it stating "Adoptive placement" and was told that this is what happens if the parents don't do everything needing to be completed . . .
